Terms of use
These terms apply to the MeiMei apps, MeiMei in a browser and this website. Please read them together with the privacy policy.

Who provides MeiMei
MeiMei is provided by TECHNO FUSION SRL, Str. Petre Andrei nr. 4c, parter, ap. 2, Iași, Romania, registered in the Romanian Trade Register under J22/741/2007, tax id (CUI) 21343176. You can reach us at support@meimeimonitor.com.
What MeiMei is and is not
MeiMei turns phones into a baby monitor that reports sounds and movement. It is not a medical device, it does not measure breathing, oxygen or heart rate, and it does not replace supervision by an adult. If your child is struggling to breathe, turns blue or goes limp, call your emergency number.
Using MeiMei
You are responsible for placing the baby unit safely, as the placement check describes, and for keeping the phones charged, connected and up to date. Use MeiMei only to watch over your own child, or a child in your care, in a place where you are allowed to record. Do not use it to watch or record other people without their knowledge.
Alerts and availability
Alerts depend on the devices, their settings, their batteries, your Wi-Fi and the internet. MeiMei warns you when the baby unit stops reporting, but we cannot guarantee that every alert is delivered or delivered on time. We may change or pause the cloud service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
Accounts
MeiMei works without an account. A free account is needed for alerts to a locked phone or a background browser tab, for plans and for remote features. Keep access to your email address secure. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app's settings.
Plans and payments
MeiMei Home and MeiMei Away are sold through the App Store, Google Play and, on the web, Stripe; the terms of the store you use also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them where you bought them, and refunds follow that store's rules. Ending a plan never turns off monitoring or any alert.
Using MeiMei in a browser
In a browser, MeiMei watches only while its tab is open and the device is awake, and without an account alerts reach only an open tab. Do not rely on a browser tab as your only way of knowing your child needs you.
Liability
We provide MeiMei with care, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for harm caused by alerts that were not delivered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we tell you in the app about important changes. Romanian law applies, without taking away the protection that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.
